Lead Custodial – $22.50/Hour

Pay Rate: $22.50/hour

We are hiring a dependable and experienced Lead Custodial team memberto help oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure facilities are maintained in aclean, safe, and orderly condition.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily custodial and cleaning activities
• Assign tasks and assist custodial staff with daily responsibilities
• Clean and maintain assigned buildings, rooms, restrooms, and common areas
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly used and maintained
• Report maintenance, safety, or supply issues to management
• Train and assist team members with proper cleaning procedures
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures
• Perform cleaning duties as needed to support the team

Requirements:

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $22.50/hour
