Pharmacy Web Application Developer

To enable Pet Health to build Pharmacy related Web Applications supporting our Pharmacy Operations and Vet Diet Operations teams to obtain prescriptions/authorizations for pet parents.

• Design and develop UI Components, and APIs for pharmacy applications.

• Understand how to build reusable UI components along with corresponding APIs that serve data from external API calls.

• You will have responsibility over components of Chewy's systems – both development and operational needs.

• Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and iterative development.

• Be involved in design reviews and perform code reviews based on Chewy's engineering rigor and standards.

• Debug production issues in Chewy services and tech stack.

• Measure and optimize the performance, effectiveness, and uptime of backend services.
