Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT)

Chestnut Hill Lodge Health & Rehabilitation Center – Wyndmoor, PA

Chestnut Hill Lodge Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate, motivated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team! If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting, we'd love to hear from you.

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) environment.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health .

• Coordinate resident care with nursing, physicians, families, and other therapy professionals.

• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and company regulations.

• Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist (OT) license.

• Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
