About Our Agency:
Our agency has been serving the community since 1997, and today we're a close-knit team of five. Before opening the agency, I worked in State Farm claims operations, which gave me a strong foundation for helping customers with confidence and care. Community involvement is at the heart of what we dowe support local schools by donating t-shirts and water bottles and are always looking for ways to give back. Inside the office, we've built a supportive, family-like culture where team members help each other succeed, and we value building strong, lasting relationships with our customers. We also offer paid holidays and regular team bonding activities to keep our culture fun and connected. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
