As our Help Desk Technician I, you’ll be the dependable first point of contact for employees and Managed Services clients, resolving routine IT issues accurately and in accordance with defined procedures. You’ll lean on your methodical approach as you work through tickets, document resolutions, and escalating issues so nothing slips through the cracks.
