Quality Inspector

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $23.00

Shift: Monday - Friday (6:00 am - 2:30 pm)

What's the Job?

• Collects quality data to support the achievement of quality objectives

• Performs comprehensive quality product inspections and maintains inspection records

• Analyzes quality issues to identify root causes and implements corrective and preventive actions

• Ensures compliance with internal quality standards and procedures through documentation review and inspection

• Inspects incoming components, raw materials, fabricated parts, and in-process assemblies according to Inspection Plans and Specifications

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience in quality and manufacturing within an ISO-certified environment

• Proficiency in MS Office, Access, Outlook, and Adobe programs

• Experience with Document Control software

• Familiarity with SAP, ISO-9001, and quality systems such as DFx or FMEA is a plus

• Ability to use measuring equipment such as calipers and gauges effectively
