Job Description Job Description The Restaurant General Manager - Kitchen Manager will oversee a large fast casual kitchen team of 30+ staff members, ensuring excellence in food quality, staff retention, cost control, and customer satisfaction. This role requires flexibility in shift patterns to maintain smooth kitchen operations while managing inventory, budgeting, and vendor relations. The manager will foster a safe and productive environment through rigorous training, development, and compliance with health and safety standards.
