Talent Acquisition Specialist at Synerfac Technical Staffing Position: Technical Recruiter Reports To: Branch Manager / Recruiting Manager Overview Synerfac is an industry‑leading and growing recruitment company focused on providing opportunities. Collaborate with sales managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Screen resumes, applications and select qualified candidates. Schedule interviews and prepare interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers and directors. Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details. Coordinate pre‑employment screenings, distribute background checks and perform administrative work before the client starts. Identify active job seekers for specific internal/external job boards, client referrals, and previous contractors. Identify potential sales leads. Qualifications Customer Service experience preferred. Competitive Spirit. Proactive and coachable. Compensation Year 1: $45k–$55k Year 2: $50k–$75k Year 3: $70k–$100k Base salary + Uncapped earning potential Performance‑based incentives PTO & paid holidays Summer half‑day Fridays every other week Schedule Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm Location In person, on‑site 5 days a week.
