This part time job is at our premier retail and event locations throughout the Chicago area. This is an awesome opportunity to make fantastic money representing a product you can believe in. This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $17.25 hourly + up to $1,000 weekly commission, Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.

In this awesome opportunity, youll work on-site at our premier partners. Youll talk to prospective customers in the store and book appointments for a no cost appointment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert. Well take you through our paid training and proven marketing methodology to ensure your success! Youll follow up with feedback and info recaps with the team for next steps and earn a great wage, plus bonus and commissions.

Requirements:

- Authorized to work in the United States

- Youre a true people person

- Motivated to help build the RBA footprint

- Dedicated and dependable team player

- Must be available a minimum of 18 hours per week. Including a combination of weekday and weekend hours.

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.

• Recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and managing a team of 10 – 15 Brand Ambassadors
• Administrative duties including payroll, tracking key performance indicators for team members, and corresponding with management/direct marketing team leaders
• In-Field training, coaching, shadowing Brand Ambassadors
• In-Office training, coaching, teaching Brand Ambassadors
• Meet or exceed skills, attitude, behavior, and results expectations
• Present an exceptional company image
• Sets an example for work ethic, integrity, teamwork, and decorum
• Ensure policies and guidelines are adhered to
• Scheduling and holding weekly/bi-weekly team meetings
• Adhering to key performance indicators, budgeting, and results implications
• Generating leads and setting appointments at events, retail stores, and canvassing
• Working with event coordinators, retail store managers

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or 2 years experience
• Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Minimum age of 18 to be covered under company driving insurance policy
• Reliable transportation to navigate through territory
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Able to navigate through multiple platforms on tablets
• Physically able to stand and walk 3 to 5 miles a day
