Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling, staffing coverage, and daily coordination of home care services. This is a fast-paced, in-office role that requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to think quickly to meet staffing needs. This position is not remote. Candidates must be able to work on-site in Falls Church, VA. What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off, sick leave, and holidays Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within a multi-location organization Stable, full-time schedule Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule Home Health Aides, CNAs, and caregivers for patient assignments Ensure all shifts are staffed appropriately and in a timely manner Manage call-outs, schedule changes, and last-minute coverage needs Communicate effectively with field staff, patients, and office team Maintain accurate scheduling records in system Verify caregiver availability, credentials, and compliance requirements Support onboarding and scheduling of new hires Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 1–2 years of home health staffing or scheduling experience required Experience coordinating HHA or CNA schedules in a home care setting Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to think on your feet Experience with scheduling systems or EMR preferred Work Location: On-site in Falls Church, VA This is not a remote or hybrid role Let’s Be Real: If you are looking for a slow-paced or remote job, this is not it.
