The Accounts Payable Coordinator will manage day-to-day invoice and payment activities using a cloud accounting platform, supporting accurate financial records and efficient month-end close processes. Reporting to the Controller, this role will collaborate closely on accounts payable operations, vendor transactions, and related accounting activities.

 

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Code expenses and maintain proper account classifications.
• Manage purchase orders and related documentation.
• Coordinate payment disbursements through the cloud accounting platform.
• Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records.
• Support month-end close activities and reporting.

 

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in accounts payable.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with accounts payable, invoice processing, and three-way matching.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with vendor reconciliation.
• Strong data accuracy and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
