Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Utilize the nursing process-assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, and evaluating-to deliver exceptional care to your assigned patients.
- Address the increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families tailored to your practice level.
- Administer medications and treatments following protocols, while monitoring for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided meticulously.
- Assess learning needs and offer education to patients, families, and caregivers, identifying relevant issues and resources.

Job Requirements:


- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred.
- Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
- BLS required (AHA only).
- RN License in the state of TX or compact.

Work Schedule:


- Multiple shifts available.
- Full-time positions.
