Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Technical Expert , you will be a key pillar in improving maintenance practices and equipment performance across multiple plants.

Your Scope Of Action

• Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic customers and key accounts.
• Provide timely technical guidance and troubleshooting support for product performance, quality concerns, and packaging-related challenges.
• Manage customer escalations and lead root-cause investigations to identify and implement effective solutions.
• Lead customer trials, qualification testing, validation activities, and product performance assessments.
• Conduct onsite customer visits to evaluate product performance and operational processes.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Development teams to address customer needs and technical challenges, while communicating customer feedback and technical requirements to internal stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with customers by delivering responsive and value-added technical support.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

You will thrive in the role of Technical Expert if you identify with the following:

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, chemical, or process engineering
• Strong hands-on field experience (mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance)
• Expertise in maintenance optimization and performance analysis
• Good command of maintenance management systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Influential leadership, expert mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Rigor, autonomy, and the ability to simplify complex technical issues with a results-oriented and continuous improvement approach
• Excellent collaboration skills in multi-site environments
