Remote Customer Care Advocate - Assistive Tech

Aira is seeking a compassionate Customer Care Representative to support users who are blind or have low vision as they navigate daily tasks with our assistive platform. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and texts, provide billing and service guidance, and ensure a smooth user experience.
