Warehouse Associate/Delivery DriverTotal Safety is looking for a Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join their safety conscious team! Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver will be receiving inbound purchases, stocking items, timely and accurate order fulfillment and timely order processing are just part of the requirements for customer satisfaction from our Warehouse Team. Our Core Values are People, Safety & Wellbeing, Accountability, Responsibility, Empowerment, Honesty, Transparency, and Integrity.Prepares and expedites shipmentsDetermines method and mode of shipment based on customer requirementsCompares identifying information on outgoing shipments to verify product and counts match outbound shipment documentation.Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipmentFollow labeling requirements for each customerProper operation of material handling equipment to safety and production requirementsDrive a company vehiclePerform other related duties as assignedRole qualifications:High School Graduate or GED equivalentOperation of Forklift and Cherry PickerAbility to read and interpret documentsProvide quality control for all outbound orders for accuracy.Ability to pass background and drug/alcohol testPrevious warehouse experience preferred.Clean and active driving record- current valid Drivers LicenseTime management to complete all regularly scheduled tasks on a timely basis.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Essential skills and experience:Organized and time management skillsWith minimal supervision, demonstrate the ability to solve practical problems.Ability to interpret packing slip.Must be able to fill out bills of lading and be familiar with various forms that are used and required by the major freight carriersMust be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirementsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
