Community Property Manager — Multi-Association Operations
Dawson
Dawson is seeking a Community Association Manager in Columbus, OH to oversee 8–10 associations, manage maintenance, inspections, and resident services, and safeguard budgets and governance. You will act as primary liaison with residents, Board members, and vendors, enforcing policies and delivering timely financial reports.
