Loader/Unloader

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking loader/unloader to support our distribution operations. This is a physically demanding role involving continuous standing, walking, lifting, loading, and unloading throughout the workday.

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers by hand using gravity rollers.
• Move cartons on and off pallets for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Label cartons for outbound shipments (approximately 5,0006,000 packages per week).
• Receive and unload incoming truckloads, including both palletized and floor-loaded freight.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
• Follow safe material-handling practices and company procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Comfortable with continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Able to repeatedly lift and move boxes throughout the workday.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is an asset, but not required.
