Welding Technician

Welding Technician $21.00 - $28.00/hr + Shift Differential Available Full-Time | Weekly Pay Seeking experienced MIG Welders who enjoy building quality products and taking pride in their work. This role offers hands-on welding and fabrication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for training, certifications, and career growth. Available Shifts 1st Shift- Monday-Thursday (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) Overtime available 2nd Shift- Monday-Thursday (4:20 PM - 2:50 AM) (10% shift differential) Training completed on 1st Shift Weekend Shift (10% shift differential) ~ Friday-Sunday Job Duties: Read and interpret blueprints Layout, fit, and fabricate metal components Perform Pulse MIG welding on production assemblies Build welded structures and fabricated products Measure, inspect, and verify finished work Operate robotic welding equipment and perform touch-up welding as needed Use calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision tools Qualifications ~2+ years of MIG welding experience ~ Pulse MIG experience preferred ~ Blueprint reading skills ~ Fabrication, fitting, and layout experience ~ Experience with precision measuring tools ~ TIG welding experience or willingness to learn ~ Strong attention to detail and quality ~ Reliable attendance and positive attitude Why Apply? Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
