Manage policy renewals, process endorsements, and handle routine changes to existing accounts. Communicate regularly with insurance carriers to request policy adjustments or clarify coverage terms. Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records for every client file. Support the wider office team by providing administrative assistance during peak times. Identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate solutions to ensure our clients are well-protected. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Property and Casualty insurance license in West Virginia or Ohio Minimum of two years experience working in an insurance agency setting. Experience with agency management systems.
