Responsibilities: Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and maximize outcomes. Provide exceptional hands-on therapy and instruction to patients. Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes. Qualifications: Master’s or Doctorate degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum is required. Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice in our facilities.
