TV, Video, Audio & Display Strategist (YouTube)

Role Overview As a TV, Video, Audio & Display (TVAD) Strategist at Tinuiti, you will design and scale full‑funnel media programs that grow customers, revenue and lifetime value while maintaining efficiency. Key Responsibilities Turn business goals into a clear TVAD plan across awareness, consideration and performance channels (CTV/OTT, online video, digital audio, podcasts, programmatic display, linear). Lead day‑to‑day client strategy and execution; present growth‑focused updates and QBRs linking media to business outcomes such as revenue, CAC and LTV. Build and share TVAD playbooks, partnering with Search, Social, Commerce and Creative teams to amplify growth. Use platform capabilities responsibly (DSP goal strategies, pacing, frequency, brand safety/verification), pilot, measure and scale innovations. Apply Bliss Point insights to shape budgets, formats and frequency strategies; provide feedback to improve tools. Design and run data‑driven tests (geo/lift, holdout, A/B, time‑series) with clear success thresholds and continuous reporting. Advocate Tinuiti's measurement and attribution framework to internal and external senior stakeholders. Own a fast, waste‑free delivery mindset—keep promises, remove recurring inefficiencies and help the Pod adopt better ways of working. Professional & Technical Qualifications 5–7 years managing TV, video, audio or display media at scale (or equivalent analytical experience) with end‑to‑end ownership. Strong technical proficiency with DSPs, ad platforms, verification, audience data usage, and frequency management. Experience with incremental lift, A/B testing, forecasting and linking media to revenue, CAC and LTV. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (SQL preferred) and expertise in GA4 and platform analytics. Excellent written and verbal storytelling; strong client‑ready communication and expectation setting. Collaborative partner to Econometrics, Creative, channel teams and Client Leadership. Benefits & Compensation Hiring salary range: $85,000–$95,000. Variable incentive – monthly RevShare revenue payment and discretionary annual performance bonus.
