IV Vitamin Part‑time Weekend IV Specialist IVitamin is seeking multiple part‑time, weekend IV Specialists to promote the health and wellness of patients through nursing and medical processes and consultative practices. The position coordinates administration of prescribed therapies, following prescriber standing orders, medical personnel scope, and company policies, procedures, and protocols. Overview of Locations Our Infusion Hydration Lounges are boutique medical facilities in downtown Austin and North Austin. We offer IV vitamin hydration therapies and regenerative IVs in lounges and through mobile services to clients’ homes or offices. Primary Responsibilities Prepare intravenous solutions per company protocol and insert catheters following standards of practice. Evaluate and monitor patient medical needs before, during, and after IV therapy. Abide by company policies, INS standards of practice, and OSHA guidelines. Administer ordered therapies per prescriber orders, facility protocols, INS standards, and company policy. Multitask, work autonomously, maintain patient relationships, teach patients, innovate, and provide excellent customer service. Follow IVitamin Inside Sales process to present membership and package options to patients. Recommend at‑home supplements to complement drip service. Part‑time IVS Duties Assist Lead IVS with quarterly inventory counts of medical supplies and nutrient injectables. Maintain refrigerator temperature log and ensure compliance. Ensure mixing hood maintenance is up to date. Train new medical staff on weekends with Clinical Manager and Clinical Educator. Recognize that duties and activities may change at any time without notice. Required Education / Experience Current RN license in good standing. Maintain required continuing education units. Minimum 2 years of IV administration experience, preferably high volume. Current CPR certification required; maintain during employment. Work Environment This job operates in a health‑care setting. Requires regular walking and standing, daily patient interaction, talking and hearing. Must stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and lift items over 40 lbs. Must be able to administer CPR. Position Type & Hours This part‑time position requires consistent weekend availability. Team members must commit to one of the following schedules: Every other full weekend (Saturday & Sunday) Every Saturday of the month Every Sunday of the month Hours are 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with potential flexibility for pre‑opening and post‑closing functions. Clinic location may vary.
