Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring a personalized treatment approach. \n
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each client's unique goals, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for clients to explore their emotions and personal experiences. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver coordinated and holistic care to clients. \n
- Support families through the healing process by providing education and guidance regarding their loved ones' mental health challenges and treatment plans. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, adhering to regulatory and ethical standards to ensure the integrity of client information. \n
Our practice serves a wide range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n- \n
- Active and valid California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish a strong therapeutic alliance with clients and their families. \n
- Strong sense of empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude to effectively support clients through their challenges. \n
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to efficiently handle a varied caseload and administrative duties. \n

- Experience in inpatient or outpatient settings with a focus on marriage and family therapy. \n
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices and a familiarity with treatment technology. \n

- Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. \n
