HIRING COMPASSIONATE TEAM PLAYERS

The company provides professional relocation, liquidation, and clean‑out services for seniors and their families. We are seeking Team Members and Team Leaders in Training for caring and compassion‑driven roles. Responsibilities Providing world class customer service to our clients, customers, and team. Professionally packing/unpacking household goods. Assisting in household sorting and organizing. Preparing homes for liquidations of all types, including online auctions and clean outs. Serving as staff for online auction pickups. Requirements World class customer service skills. Professional attitude and demeanor. Strong character and integrity. Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts. Excellent communication skills. Ability to interact productively with co‑workers and function well in a team environment. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Physical ability to stand, bend, climb, and lift up to 25 lbs. Willingness to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments. Reliable transportation. Valid Driver’s License. Smartphone access. Must pass background check. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay rate: $15 per hour. Pay increases after successful trial period. Part‑time employees may work from 10 to 30+ hours per week. Advancement to team leader brings additional pay increase. Job type: Part‑time. Salary: $15.00 per hour.
