Branch Manager Location: Hartford, MI Job Id: 3279 # of Openings: 1 Responsibilities Lead the team to achieve goals that impact the organizational strategies and initiatives and support the Member Promise. Accountable for driving an exceptional member and team experience while ensuring daily operations are met. Partner with the Community Development Officer to identify opportunities to build business and achieve member growth, deposits and loan goals. Collaborate with Real Estate and Business Services teams to achieve a seamless experience for members and prospective members. Coach, develop and train team with practical methods to ensure the team is well prepared to provide solutions to members. Qualifications Education: Associate's degree in Business or equivalent combination of training and work experience. Certification: Must be or become registered as an MLO and have a Nationwide Licensing Number. Experience: Two to five years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions. Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated ability to keep finances in order. Thorough knowledge of Company services and products. Effectively leading a team to maximize productivity, efficiency, and member experience. Understanding of related legal and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with member experience functions, policies, and procedures. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills. Well organized and a high attention to detail. Ability to operate related computer applications and related business equipment. Ability to maintain an effective and efficient workflow.
