Sophia Health Institute | Woodinville, WA Sophia Health Institute is seeking a motivated, curious, and compassionate Naturopathic Doctor to join our team in a unique residency-style associate position focused on the treatment of complex chronic illness. Working closely with Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, MD, PhD, this position offers the rare opportunity to train within an internationally recognized center dedicated to innovation in biological and integrative medicine. Sophia Health Institute specializes in the care of patients with chronic infections, environmentally acquired illnesses, neuroinflammatory conditions, immune dysregulation, and other difficult-to-treat presentations. What You'll Experience Direct mentorship and clinical training with Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt. Exposure to a mature form of naturopathic medicine developed through decades of treating complex chronic illness. Participation in the evaluation and management of patients from around the world seeking answers after exhausting conventional options. Training in advanced integrative approaches to chronic illness. Collaboration within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to compassionate, individualized care. Opportunities to develop leadership skills and grow professionally within the organization. Ideal Candidates Licensed or license-eligible Naturopathic Doctors in Washington State. Bastyr University graduates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Passion for integrative and functional medicine. Strong communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to learn. Team-oriented with a commitment to clinical excellence. Experience with A.R.T. (Autonomic Response Testing) and other Klinghardt-based approaches is welcomed but not required. Providers with additional training in functional medicine, IV therapies, or extensive postdoctoral education, including training with Dr. Paul Anderson, are encouraged to apply. Why Sophia?
