VNS Health
VNS Health seeks a Family Advocate to help children and families access life-changing resources, including housing support and public assistance. You will guide clients through complex systems, advocate for entitlements, and work with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care. The role emphasizes lived caregiver experience and community-based support, with opportunities for growth within the behavioral health team across home, clinic, and community settings.
