Overview Our client, a storied NYC law firm, is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join the team. The position is hybrid and based part of the week at their office in Midtown, Manhattan . Job Details Enter and update candidate information in ATS Review resumes and perform initial phone screenings (20-30% recruiting for Junior positions) Communicate with candidates and provide a positive, seamless hiring experience Schedule interviews and manage virtual meeting rooms Greet candidates for on-site interviews Manage onboarding, background check, and conflict check processes Provide general HR department support Salary: $80-90k annually, based on experience Excellent benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and generous PTO!
