The Role We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects across our portfolio companies and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of key strategic and operational projects. Coordinate across investment, finance, and operations teams. Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. Provide project reporting and updates to senior leadership. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Support integration efforts following acquisitions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in aerospace, defense, or investment environments.
