About The Role As an Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider, you will deliver high-quality care to patients of all ages presenting with a broad range of acute and chronic conditions. You will work alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff in a supportive, team‑based environment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses Perform comprehensive patient evaluations across the lifespan Manage urgent and emergent care needs Collaborate with physicians and specialists to coordinate patient care Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Clinical Scope This position offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license, including: Suturing and minor procedures Management of uncomplicated fractures Emergency stabilization and acute care Use of diagnostic tools such as EKG, ultrasound, X‑ray, and lab services Care for adult and geriatric populations Providers typically see between patients per day, allowing for both meaningful patient interaction and a balanced workflow. Work Environment Structured 10‑hour shifts with multiple start times 24‑hour physician coverage for support and collaboration Dedicated nursing and technical staff Qualifications Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active, unrestricted NP or PA‑C license in any U.S. state DEA license Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, ATLS, PALS Strong commitment to serving rural and underserved populations Collaborative, mission‑driven mindset About The Organization This organization is a mission‑driven healthcare enterprise focused on expanding access to care in rural and underserved communities.
