Work Environment

This position is based in our onsite outpatient office, which boasts a vibrant atmosphere conducive to healing and collaboration. You will work alongside experienced healthcare professionals, including other therapists and support staff, all dedicated to providing excellent patient care. With an average patient volume of 6 to 7 patients daily, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and provide personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, supporting a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at our facility, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions through hands-on evaluations and diagnostic tests to identify functional limitations.
• Developing comprehensive, individualized rehabilitation plans aimed at restoring mobility, improving strength, and enhancing physical function.
• Implementing a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and rehabilitation modalities tailored to patients' specific recovery goals.
• Providing patient education on recovery strategies, injury prevention techniques, and tips for optimizing physical wellness outside the clinic.
• Collaborating closely with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive care plan, ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, modifying treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments and patient progress.
