Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate specialized skills in orthopedic outpatient care, leveraging your background and expertise as a Physical Therapist.

• Advocate for non-surgical intervention methods to create alternatives that minimize dependence on medications.
• Design detailed care plans that incorporate a variety of effective treatment techniques and modalities.

• Employ evidence-based practices in therapy interventions to ensure optimal care tailored to each patient's needs.

• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Continuously assess and evaluate treatment efficacy while actively monitoring patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of the treatments provided, ensuring diligent record-keeping for effective patient management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare, you will be working primarily with outpatients who are recovering from injuries, undergoing rehabilitation post-surgery, or dealing with chronic physical conditions. Your role will entail assessing their physical status and facilitating individualized rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring functionality and enhancing mobility.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapist license in Tennessee, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proven expertise in a variety of manual therapy techniques, with a strong foundation in rehabilitation methodologies.
• Exceptional ability to design and implement effective exercise programs based on individual patient assessments.
• Competence in electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, ensuring accurate documentation and seamless patient management.
• Demonstrated commitment to keeping abreast of the latest research-supported physical therapy techniques and industry trends.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in an outpatient clinical setting is highly desirable, particularly in a facility focused on sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. Familiarity with specialized rehabilitation technologies and treatment modalities will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits
