What You'll Do Greet BJ's members and introduce our home improvement services Schedule free in-home consultations for homeowners Educate customers about roofing, siding, windows, and decking Represent Rock Solid Construction with professionalism and enthusiasm Help customers scan a QR code or schedule appointments directly Compensation Top performers can earn $20–$30+ per hour, with even higher earnings through sales bonuses.
