Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Travel RN Med Surg to provide skilled nursing care in a hospital setting. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment on a 13-week assignment, delivering patient-centered care during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs, intervening as necessary to ensure safety.
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and progress accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license and BLS certification.
• Demonstrate at least 2 years of recent Med Surg nursing experience.
• Possess strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and adapt to changing patient needs.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
