Director of Clinical Services (DON)

Marymount Health Care Campus is looking for an experienced RN/BSN to oversee Nursing Services on campus. Marymount Health Care Campus has 120 SNF beds and 100 AL beds offering a wide variety of clinical nursing services. Under new leadership we are in the process of positioning the Marymount Campus as the area’s leader in skilled services and residential living services in a continuum of care environment.

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all aspects of the nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve nursing practices and enhance patient outcomes - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication across departments - Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction

Oversees and coordinates the clinical operations of the facility implementing shared governance and relationship-based care in all departments as assigned by the Administrator

Qualifications:

- Valid state RN nursing license; BSN a plus. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing leadership or management role - Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals at all levels - Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a team
