Duties & Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures.
• Read and follow work instructions and operational procedures.
• Verify proper components prior to operation.
• Operate molding presses, assembly machines, or other production equipment.
• Perform quality inspections on produced parts.
• Package parts according to requirements.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, technicians, and co-workers.
• Demonstrate strong hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Comprehend and train to documents such as work instructions, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Exhibit responsibility with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
