Registered Nurse (DON/Interm)

INTERIM Director of Nursing Services/DNS/RN : We're seeking an Experienced Nursing Director to join our Skilled Nursing Management Team. Duties include but are not limited to: Assist the Administrator with management responsibilities and maintaining quality of care. Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all nursing staff levels. Meet the nursing medical needs of all residents. Coordinate and direct the total planning for nursing services. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice. Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records. Assist with interviewing, hiring, and orienting new nursing staff. Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs.
