Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment plans focused on discharge goals within an established length of stay. Performs timely, clear, and accurate medical record documentation, including goal setting, functional assessments, and charge entry, following organizational policies and regulatory guidelines. Participates in student clinical programs, providing supervision and educational support. Pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations. Adheres to state practice acts, maintains licensure in good standing, and complies with all regulatory requirements. Demonstrates awareness and participation in organizational performance improvement initiatives.
