Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting diverse ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and specialized imaging
• Ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout procedures while straightforwardly explaining all processes involved
• Working alongside radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality and diagnostic imagery
• Maintaining and operating imaging equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions immediately
• Accurately documenting all procedures and managing patient records using our electronic medical record system
• Keeping abreast of new advancements in ultrasound techniques and practices

Qualifications Needed

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Preferably completed a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Required Certifications

• Current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or similar
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
