Express Service Advisor

Position Express Service Advisor Hyundai Lake Country is hiring an Express Service Advisor for their growing service department. Sign‑on bonus available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Determine automotive problems and services by listening to customer descriptions of symptoms. Clarify problem descriptions. Conduct inspections. Take test drives. Check vehicle maintenance records. Examine service schedules. Prepare repair orders, describing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs/services. Obtain approval signatures and enter repair orders into the service database system. Requirements Experience preferred but not required; willing to be trained. Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge. Motivated self‑starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast‑paced environment, and positive attitude.
