CRNA Job Requirements

Current RN license and active CRNA credentials

3+ years of anesthesia experience required

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications

Experience in an ambulatory surgery center, OR, or surgical setting

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment

Critical care, emergency room, or recovery experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and prepare patients for surgical procedures

Administer and monitor anesthesia with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care

Manage airways and respond appropriately to perioperative changes in patient status

Support patient recovery and provide timely post-anesthesia monitoring

Respond to clinical emergencies with confidence and professionalism

Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and clinical teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Follow all regulatory, accreditation, and facility standards in the ASC environment
