Manager, Supply Chain Management

Manage supply chain processes to ensure efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers. Analyze data from multiple stakeholders to identify and resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and return issues. Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize supply chain execution and meet sales, inventory, and profitability goals. Develop and present recommendations to address supply chain constraints and improve operational efficiencies. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing innovative solutions and process enhancements. Supervise, mentor, and develop associates to build a high-performing team aligned with company standards. Ensure compliance with policies while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and accountability. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office. Proven experience managing supply chain processes and resolving operational issues within distribution networks and fulfillment centers. Strong analytical skills to interpret data from multiple stakeholders and drive network efficiency improvements. Expertise in supplier relationship management and ensuring compliance with supplier performance standards. Demonstrated leadership in supervising, mentoring, and developing teams to achieve business objectives. Ability to identify and implement process improvements using lean concepts and cost reduction strategies.
