As a Behavior Technician you will… Experience a fulfilling position working with children who are on the Autism Spectrum. Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with autism in our clinic. Teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based treatments and positive reinforcement. Implement therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Receive ongoing supervision weekly and training by the case supervisor. Receive ongoing supervision weekly and training by the case supervisor. We're Looking for Someone With: A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree in a human services area preferred). Comfortable working with children. The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds). Strong communication skills for interacting with clients' families, BT peer staff, and supervisors. Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training. Company-provided RBT training + assistance with assessment. Being a member of a supportive team committed to providing top level ABA services.
