Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

North Texas Critical Care is a dedicated critical care intensivist team delivering quality care within the Cardiovascular and Surgical ICUs at Baylor University Medical Center and Baylor Scott & White All Saints Medical Center in Fort Worth. We provide post-operative care within high acuity units – treating patients recovering from heart/lung transplants, trauma, and cardiovascular surgeries. Qualifications Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Graduate of accredited AGACNP/PA program Must have extensive ICU and trauma knowledge Critical Care, Cardiothoracic and/or Trauma experience (2+ years) Ability to work 13-hour day, night shifts, and 13 shifts per month plus weekends Ability to work autonomously within the Critical Care team Active Texas Medical License in good standing and DEA Experience in the management of critically ill surgical patients Experience with Cardiothoracic surgical patients is highly preferred Active ACLS and BLS #J-18808-Ljbffr Integrative Emergency Services
