SDWAN – (Viptela / Meraki / Riverbed / Fortigate / Aruba / CloudGenix)

Cisco Routing – OSPF / BGP ; ASR / ISR routers

Cisco Switching – VLAN / VTP / VPC / VRRP ; CAT & Nexus OS

Wireless - Cisco Meraki

Load balancer - F5 LTM

Basics of Public AWS / Azure Cloud

Roles and Responsibilities

• Configuration of Network Devices Routing : OSPF, BGP.
• Addition\Deletion\Modification of VLAN, VTP, VPC, OTV, Uplinks, Flexes.
• Switch configurations: VTP, STP, Port Channel.
• Device replacements – Interaction with FT and TAC.
• New branch installation and migrations.
• Finetuning of user access to application.
• Whitelisting and Blacklisting of URLS and Applications on Zscaler proxy.
• Driving SDWAN POC
• Deploying SDWAN devices and branch rollouts

Network Operations and Administration

• Implement, Manage and maintain network traffic segmentation to meet Customer's requirements.
• Manage LAN administration activities (e.g., VLAN, WLAN, Router configuration)
• Support activities related to Customer-planned or Third-Party planned and unplanned outages
• Proactive analysis and predictive analytics of network data and reports to limit network outages and optimize network performance
• Perform incident determination, alert identification and correlation, and resolution
• Manage network performance and availability issues resulting from a fault or impairment in network Resource Units

• Zscaler Proxy (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access(ZPA)
• Zscaler client connector, App connector \ ZPA application connector deployment, application discovery.
• Zscaler integration with AD groups
• ZPA whitelisting and blacklisting of application to user access
• Zscaler policy configuration, client forwarding policies on Zcloud
• Deploying Zscaler client connector /user agents
