Our Values: At Enriched Living, everything we do is guided by our core values: * Excellence * Nurturing * Respect * Inspiring * Community * Honesty What You'll Do: * Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a safe, respectful, home-like environment. * Support personal care, hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility needs. * Prepare and assist with meals and daily routines. * Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support. * Follow individualized care plans and accurately complete required documentation. * Monitor residents and report changes in condition or behavior. * Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment. * Work collaboratively with fellow caregivers and leadership to provide exceptional care. What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications: * Compassionate, dependable, and patient personality. * Valid Driver's License * Strong desire to support adults with disabilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. * Ability to provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and respect. Preferred Qualifications: * Previous caregiving experience. * Experience supporting individuals with high medical needs or complex care requirements. * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) experience or certification is strongly preferred. * Experience working in Adult Foster Care, group homes, assisted living, nursing homes, home health, or other residential care settings.
