Autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner — Primary Care & Mentorship

PeopleOne Health is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary and preventive care, serving patients aged 2+. You will work autonomously with physicians, diagnose and treat, educate patients, and coordinate care within an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include prescribing medications, ordering tests, and documenting in EHR. Requires MSN/DNP, CRNP license, and national certification.
