Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience operating Crown stand-up forklifts and cherry pickers required. Forklift and cherry picker certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform warehouse tasks (standing, walking, bending, etc.). Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Job Duties

Operate Crown stand-up electric forklifts and cherry pickers to move, stack, and retrieve products. Pick and pull chips and snack products based on order lists or inventory needs. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Stage and sequence items for organized loading and delivery. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety protocols. Conduct pre-operation equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety issues. Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse support. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
