Above Industry pay 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunities for advancement 9 Paid Holidays Weekly Pay Vacation Year End Bonus (based on Performance) Paid Training Responsibilities and Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Certification or Degree in this field/ or minimum of three years experience Record-keeping (paperwork/data entry) Must be able to trouble shoot Hydraulic Systems Proficient with Light and Heavy equipment Must be able to trouble shoot 12 and 24 Volt Systems Must have own tools up to 2 inch Able to work both in yard and service clients in field using company truck Great customer service communication Must have and obtain a good driving record (MVR) Hold a CDL license Ability to conduct repairs in a timely and efficient manner Must be able to weld both Stick and Mig, Air Arcing is a plus Strong attention to detail Clean and organized Must be able to pass a Physical and Drug Screen (DOT) Ability to attend Factory School (company pays), to keep you updated on changes in your field Physical requirements: Lift 75 pounds Walking Climbing Working under equipment #J-18808-Ljbffr Sargents Equipment
