Mobile Vascular NP - Wound Care Specialist
Healing Partners
Healing Partners is seeking a Vascular Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive mobile vascular care across skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and outpatient sites. You will evaluate and manage PAD, CLTI, venous disease, and non-healing wounds, collaborating with vascular specialists and primary care teams.
